With COVID-19 cases rising again in Ontario, Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kieran Moore urged more people — especially older adults — to vaccinate against COVID.
In an interview with the Toronto Star, Moore said 42 per cent of adults 65 and older have received a COVID shot in the last six months, and only 38 per cent of individuals in that age group have received an updated COVID vaccine targeting XBB variants.
