COVID-19, influenza, and other respiratory viruses are circulating this holiday season, and the province’s Chief Medical Officer of Health is holding the line on her advice on how to stay healthy.
Dr. Janice Fitzgerald says her advice for this Christmas is the same it has been for the last three years.
She says diseases like COVID, influenza, and RSV are going to be a part of people’s lives moving forward, so keep the standard practices of the last few years, such as good hand washing and wearing a mask if unwell, in mind.
